ABOUT STRETCH THERAPY
At Body Kneads, our trained stretch therapist create a session with your goals in mind. They will then observe your range of motion and flexibility to determine what stretches fit with the goals you have discussed. You will be guided and assisted through a series of passive stretches which will allow you to go deeper into a stretch without injury. Stretching is an important part of functional movement and your health and wellness routine.
This session can improve posture, reduce pain and stiffness, and even increase energy. Regardless of your fitness goals, age, or overall lifestyle, stretch therapy techniques are likely to increase your range of motion, improve your performance, and reduce your overall risk of injury.

This treatment is performed on the massage table and can be added to any other treatment.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in. Specific regional work only.
60 MIN STRETCH THERAPY SESSION // $105
This treatment is performed on a mat on the floor. Please wear loose fitting clothing.

Cancellation Policy:
A cancelled/rescheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the cost of the service.
A "No-Call/No-Show" for a scheduled appointment will be charged the full amount of the scheduled treatment price.
HEALTH INTAKE CONSENT FORM
All NEW clients, or returning clients who have not been treated for a year or more must fill out intake paperwork.
