ABOUT PRENATAL MASSAGE

At Body Kneads, our certified prenatal massage therapists will tailor this massage* to you and your baby's needs. You will be supported by bolsters and pillows while your therapist applies therapeutic massage techniques to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and just make you feel good. 

Prenatal massage is good at any stage of your pregnancy because your center of gravity changes putting a lot of stress on your back, neck, abdominal muscles, and shoulders. You must be at least 12 weeks pregnant and not have a high risk pregnancy.

Cancellation Policy:
A cancelled/rescheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the cost of the service.
​A "No-Call/No-Show" for a scheduled appointment will be charged the full amount of the scheduled treatment price.

All NEW clients, or returning clients who have not been treated for a year or more must fill out intake paperwork.
