MEMBERSHIP DETAILS & POLICIES:
  1. Memberships must be paid in full before or at your scheduled appointment.
  2. Memberships will be automatically applied to the purchaser and can ONLY be used by the purchaser.
  3. One year after a membership is purchased, any unused portion will be converted to a gift voucher.
  4. Memberships discount cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.​
  5. GIFTING A MEMBERSHIPS --A membership cannot be bought on a gift voucher - Please buy a gift voucher for the amount of a membership and the person receiving the certificate can purchase a membership under their own name.
