MEMBERSHIP FINE PRINT:

  1. ALL memberships must be paid in full ​before or at your scheduled appointment.
  2. ** Memberships can ONLY be used for the treatment type and length specified in the name of the membership.​
  3. Memberships will be automatically applied to the purchaser and CANNOT be shared with another person.
  4. GIFTING A MEMBERSHIP: A Membership CANNOT be bought on a Gift Voucher, instead please Purchase a Gift Voucher for the total amount of the membership. The person receiving the voucher will then be able to purchase a membership under their own name and account.
  5. Memberships can be used at both locations - Providence & East Greenwich.
  6. Money spent on Memberships will never expire. Any unused portion of a Membership will be converted to a gift certificate ONE YEAR after purchase.
  7. Membership discount cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon or promotion.​
