Reservations
Services are available by appointment on a daily basis. Please call in advance to ensure availability and we will do our best to find a time that fits your schedule. New clients will be required to hold their appointment with a credit card.
Please arrive to your appointment 5 minutes earlier and relax before your treatment. For first time visitors, please arrive 15 minutes earlier to give yourself the time to complete the appropriate forms and discuss your treatment preferences with your therapist.
As a courtesy to others, cell phones and pagers must be turned off while you are at your appointment.
For information on birthday parties, office parties, and bridal or baby showers, please speak to a Body Kneads member regarding group bookings. Parties of 3 or more will be charged a 20% gratuity.
Gift Certificates and Coupons Click on the button below to purchase gift certificates online. If you would like us to mail the gift certificate, please indicate that in an email to us via the contact us page. Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery of gift certificate. Please call us if you have any questions.
Coupons & discounts can not be combined. Only one discount may be used at one time.
Treatment Etiquette
Body
Kneads is committed to a professional environment. Our therapists will
not tolerate any inappropriate language, conduct or sexual
connotations. If behaviors are deemed inappropriate, the treatment will
be ended and you will be responsible for full payment of the treatment.
Late Arrivals
We regret that late arrivals will not receive time extensions and will be responsible for full payment of your treatment.
Cancellations
We request the courtesy of 24 hours cancellation notice. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged a $30 fee. No shows will be charged the full fee of your scheduled treatment.
Payment
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card and American Express. Gratuities are not included and may be given at your discretion via cash or check only.
